The National Centre for Diversity (NCFD) is a people driven organisation, recognising business' diversity with the Investors in Diversity kitemark. The Big Picture is delighted to have done the

for NCFD. Their site currently attracts over 15 million visitors a year and wanted to develop their brand identity.

Using the analogy of a journey to communicate the Investors in Diversity kitemark, The Big Picture created illustrations showing people from all walks of life in a setting that covers urban jungle to rolling hills and wind farms.
